Is this handmade?

What is your processing time (before shipping)?
Orders are typically packed and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Processing may take a bit longer during holidays or major sales events.
How long does delivery take?
For most destinations, delivery usually takes 8–18 business days, depending on your country/region, customs clearance, and local delivery services. Delays may occur during holidays, customs inspections, or local logistics congestion.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?
International tracked parcels may update at different stages (handover → export → arrival → customs → last-mile delivery). If there’s no update after 72 hours, please contact us and we’ll help you check with the carrier.
My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Please first check with your front desk/doorman, family members, or neighbors, and look around your mailbox or safe drop-off area. If you still can’t find it after 48 hours, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the tracking status, and we’ll help initiate an inquiry with the carrier.
Are the brooches heavy? Will they damage clothing?
Most brooches are best worn on thicker materials such as coats, knits, scarves, and bags. For delicate fabrics like silk or sheer materials, we recommend extra caution or using a backing pad/reinforcement (which can also be offered as an add-on if available).
